Waffles and Whip

Our waffles are a little different than what you and I know as waffles. Those are a standard batter-based waffle. We provide liege waffles on a stick, out of a converted 1980 horse trailer to food trailer. A dough-based waffle that is buttery, chewy, soft, and sweet. They are thicker and contain little clumps of sugar known as pearl sugar. Once heated up, they are caramelized on the outside and soft inside. These waffles go great with many types of topping options!
