His first job as a teenager was as a dishwasher then line cook in a small restaurant in Connecticut and after high school he attended the French Culinary Institute (now the International Culinary Center) in New York City and Staged at Asia De Cuba in downtown Manhattan. Chef Andrew has traveled from the East Coast to the West Coast, gaining his culinary expertise in several independent restaurants, as a corporate chef in hotels, and as a private chef.

 | Our waffles are a little different than what you and I know as waffles. Those are a standard batter-based waffle. We provide liege waffles on a stick, out of a converted 1980 horse trailer to food trailer. A dough-based waffle that is buttery, chewy, soft, and sweet. They are thicker and contain little clumps of sugar known as pearl sugar. Once heated up, they are caramelized on the outside and soft inside. These waffles go great with many types of topping options!
